Allan Johnson is the winemaker at Palliser Estate in Martinborough, New Zealand. The 5 main grape varieties are Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc (the biggest varieties) as well as Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. In this interview Allan gives us an overview of Palliser Estate and the Martinborough region.
