Shiraz, Grenache, Mourvedre

Region

McLaren Vale is 40 Km to the South of Adelaide approximately. It experiences all four season with a Mediterranean climate. Its is only 15-20 km from the sea means it has a more even temperature range between the day and night and protects it from frost and drought.

Style

Big, bold fruit-forward wines for the serious red drinker. Cabernet Sauvignon, the world’s biggest red grape variety, sits here – some single varietals, some blends. Deep fruit flavours balance well with the tannins and are best appreciated with a big chunk of cheese!
