Hi Jane,
Thank for running a lovely, memorable evening last Saturday, we all had a thoroughly enjoyable time. You pitched the commentary spot on, with just the right mix of technical and less formal information to fit with the mixed level of expertise in the room - a very neat trick to pull off.
A very minor observation, one or two people would have been happy to run a slightly quicker through one or two of the wines, perhaps overlapping the conversation and the tasting a bit more - but I think this is probably unavoidable with a mixed group of 20 people and certainly not a critisism.
