Stu Powell runs climate consulting and provides frost forecasts for the Marlborough region in New Zealand. We talk to Stu about the different types of frost. Why some vineyards are more prone than others. While we use Marlborough as an example other wine growing regions such as the forests on the hills in Mosel are discussed.
