Mike Paul on the marketing of English wine

Mike Paul is a wine trade marketer to the UK wine industry. He advises English wine producers on marketing their wines through the WineSkills programme which is managed by Plumpton College and funded by the government. Mike talks about the what he does and the trends he is seeing, for example a big shift towards sparkling wine. We also talk about opportunities for exporting English wine and Mike gives us his tops tips for business success in the wine industry.
