This show was published 24 February 2012
Ralf Anselmann is one of three owners of Weingut Anselmann, along with his brother and sister. The family have been growing grapes and making wine for many generations but the winery and bottling of wine was only started by their father in 1959. In this interview Ralf describes the 2011 vintage and the Pfalz wine region which is the 2nd largest region in Germany and accounts for a quarter of the German wine production. The landscape is truly beautiful and the vineyards stretch along 80km of the Pfalz mountainside.
