- Ralf Anselmann from Weingut Anselmann on Pfalz Grape Varieties
Overview
Ralf Anselmann of Weingut Anselmann in Pfalz talks to us about his work with unusual grape varieties as well as more traditional classic grapes. Ralf tells us how they seek out new varieties and experiment with different blends as well as making more classic wines. They have been making whites from red grapes such as Blanc de Noir Cabernet and Blanc de Noir Syrah which both make interesting refreshing whites as alternatives to Riesling or Pinot Blanc but are also good for making into sparkling wines.
