- LIWF and Brintex with James Murray and Will Broadfoot
Overview
Brintex is one of the UK's leading trade exhibition organisers. One of their main events is the London International Wine Fair (LIWF) and Distil. Established in 1963 and today still privately owned by brother and sister John Hemming and Louisa Service. LIWF is in its 31st year moved from Olympia to Excel in 2002. Visitors are 100% trade, from all areas of the industry. James and Will talk to us about some of the features at LIWF, including their new App for pre-show planning and The List which is a catalogue of the wines being shown at the show, as well as lectures and masterclasses. New this year is the Discovery Tasting in conjunction with the International Wine Challenge showcasing wines that have entered the challenge but don't yet have representation in the UK. Dates for the exhibition are 22 - 24 May 2012.
