- Bob Lindo of Camel Valley Vineyards
Overview
Bob Lindo at Camel Valley talks to us about his winery and the wines and gives us his view of the PDO system (Protected Designated Origin). He used to be quite sceptical about the concept of terroir but since experimenting with different vineyard sites he can see how the soil affects the character of a wine, more so with still wines than sparkling. The Camel Valley PDO is Darnibole where he is growing Bacchus. Bob gives us a bit of an insight into how he sees the future panning out for Camel Valley and the next few years for the English wine industry as a whole.
