- The Wine Show on ITV4 with Joe Fattorini
Overview
Joe Fattorini was the wine writer for the Herald newspaper in Glasgow for 14 years. He is now appearing in a new TV series, The Wine Show, starting Sunday 10th April at 7pm on ITV4. The 12 part series is fronted by actors Matthew Reese and Matthew Goode who are living with Joe in an Italian villa. Joe is their resident in-house sommelier if you like and he travels to a wine region each week with fellow wine expert Amelia Singer. The pair bring back wines for the two Matthews to taste and discuss. Joe talks to us about some highlights of his trips and thoughts about possible future series if the show is successful. There are 12 Italian wine from the show (or similar styles at least) that are available to buy as a mixed case through Amazon, enabling viewers to drink-along should they wish.
