This show was published 08 October 2016
The Wine and Spirit Education Trust is a global provider of wine studies in 74 countries and was established in 1969. The Trust provides qualifications for trade and consumers in 4 levels, levels 1-3 and the Diploma level 4, a 2 year course. We talk to Victoria about the new Level 3 syllabus which is now solely focused on wine (it used to include a Spirits unit). The spirits qualifications are all being revamped starting with Level 1 and Level 2. The new Level 3 has a lot more focus on viti and vini and more clustering of wine styles rather than individual regions.
The UK Wine Show is sponsored by ThirtyFifty. Our team of wine tasters are busy entertaining and educating UK consumers to help them get the most out of wine.
The music used for the UK Wine Show is Griffes de Jingle 1 by Marcel de la Jartèle and Silence by Etoile Noire.
