- Stephane Le May from Chateau Turcaud on Top wines from lesser appellations
Overview
Stephane tells us about Chateau Turcaud in the Entre-deux-Mers region of Bordeaux. They have 45 hectares and are producing about 55-60% dry whites, 30-35% red wine and about 5% rose. The whites are usually a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Sauvignon Gris. We tasted the 2014 and 2015 vintage of their top wine, the Cuvee Majeure.
