Overview
Castelnau Wine Agencies supply wines to British Airways' Club World Business Class cabins. Keith explains how they go about selecting wines for the list and how they work with British Airways. For reds they look for lots and lots of fruit and ripe tannins and for whites they're looking for fruit, high acidity (e.g. Sauvignon Blanc) and bright, expressive styles.
In this year's Cellars in the Sky competition Castelnau won second place overall for their wine list in the business class category and Champagne Castelnau was the third best champagne overall.
