Overview

Ophelie is a winemaker for Mouton Cadet. She talks to us about the history and wines of Mouton Cadet, one of France's biggest wine brands created by Baron Philippe de Rothschild. The red wines are Merlot-dominated with grapes sourced from growers from various Bordeaux appellations and they also produce several whites. 12 million bottles are produced annually and they export to 150 countries.
