Overview
Greg Dunn grew up in Melbourne and is a plant scientist with a PhD in plant physiology which he studied at the University of Melbourne. For the last 20 years, after working in forestry, he has worked on various viticulture research projects in the Australian wine industry.
Greg started working for Plumpton College in 2017 and in 2019 became the new head of curriculum manager, taking over from Chris Foss. Their university courses include the MSc and BSc in Viticulture & Oenology and a BA in International Wine Business.
