We explore her journey from her very first glass of wine and first jobs working in restaurants, moving up from server to sommelier, before becoming the beverage director responsible for buying the wines and then moving into PR. Michelle is qualified as a Master Sommelier and is an Italian Wine Ambassador through Vinitaly.
