- Good to Great Hospitality Training with Stephen Waters from Watershed
Overview
Good to Great was the first course that Stephen Waters launched when he set up Watershed. He sees it as a course for those taking their second step in management, moving up from a management role to leadership positions, for example as a General Manager (GM), a head chef or operations manager.
We talk through the programme content and the emphasis on developing coaching skills, something that is at the heart of creating a great climate within your team. Specifically for chefs, they have developed a course Building Strong Brigades to gain skills for managing teams in the pressurised and challenging environment of a kitchen.
After the Good to Great, there are Founders events which bring in bar and restaurant founders to share their experiences and Moving into Multi-site for professionals stepping up to manage multiple sites.
