English wineries do well at awards

The Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships organised by Tom Stevenson announced their winners last week. Eleven English wineries won a Gold with Plumpton Estate, Nyetimber and Hattingley Valley all winning 2 golds apiece. France's Mumm champagne did exceedingly well winning a record 6 Golds.
