Australian producer McGuigan launches new range of alcohol free wine

Australian brand McGuigan has launched a number of new Zero alcohol wines that will be sold in the UK.

Low and alcohol free wine has been a trend in the UK over the last 5 years. This week Australian brand McGuigan has launched a number of new Zero alcohol wines that will be sold in Morrisons, Budgens and Londis.

The technology being used by McGuigan is spinning cone, which uses centrifugal force to extract alcohol at lower temperatures, hopefully not damaging the wine. We interviewed Miguel Torres back in 2011 about spinning cones if you would like to know more.
