From Student to Star: Jessica Summer Wins IWSC Emerging Talent in Wine

We’re proud to see our former student Jessica Summer win the IWSC Emerging Talent in Wine Award 2025, sponsored by London Wine Fair. Jessica completed her WSET Level 3 in Wine with ThirtyFifty before launching Mouse & Grape, now a fast-growing brand known for luxury wine and cheese experiences. From an Instagram idea during lockdown to opening her own deli-bar in 2024, her journey is inspiring. With creative campaigns, strong customer engagement, and a passion for storytelling, Jessica is helping make wine more accessible — something we’re always in support of at ThirtyFifty. Huge congratulations from all of us!

We were also delighted that two more ThirtyFifty students made the shortlist: Tom Fahey of The Terrace Rooms, praised for his quality-led, sustainable wine retail business, and Emma Hodges (@emmaswinetime), recognised for her incredible work promoting neurodiversity and inclusivity in wine education.
