Moët buys champagne house
Moët Hennessy has bought Montaudon Champagne, a family run business founded in 1891 and based in Reims. The company produces a high quality champagne and exports to 25 countries. Moet Hennessy say the acquisition will help to increase their Champagne reserves as well as adding to the portfolio of prestigious brands which include Dom Pérignon, Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Krug, Ruinart and Mercier.
