Hillebrand buys drinks logistics rival

Specialist drinks shipper ABV Logistics has been acquired by JF Hillebrand in order strengthen Hillebrand's global wine and beverage logistics services particularly in Italy and Iberia where ABV are already strong.

The two businesses will continue to operate as normal but eventually the ABV team will relocate to Hillebrand UK's West Thurrock offices. ABV directors Gary Gordon and Daniel Morris will join the Board of JF Hillebrand UK.
