On this weeks show we are talking with Mark de Vere about Napa valley. Mark is an MW and based in Napa with Mondavi wines. In the show we get a feel for geology and how this influences the climate. We also discuss the changes in the style of wines coming from Napa as well as those eye watering cult wines.
I thought the questions were excellent, an extremely valuable revision tool. They really helped highlight areas I thought I had revised and understood but clearly had not, which has enabled me to focus on key areas to revisit and study before going into the exam...
